Fairtrade Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to support our accomplished CEO's work. The ideal candidate will have a knack for ensuring a smooth flow of information between her office, the wider team and our external stakeholders through a vigilant management of email accounts and a schedule that includes a high amount of travel. This role also looks after the general office management tasks in our Melbourne/Docklands head office.
KEY QUALITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
This is requires a high level of organisation and a pro-active mind-set. The person we're looking for has;
- A strong commitment to the goals of Fairtrade and an interest in international aid development and sustainability
- A maturity level that exhibits great discretion and judgement
- A minimum of three years' experience in a support role, preferably supporting an executive
- Comfort in using common office software including MS Office and G Suite
- Experience managing multiple diaries across multiple time zones
- Experience managing multiple email boxes
