Your business will need to become Fairtrade licensed if you want to develop or manufacture Fairtrade Labelled products under your own brand name or on behalf of a client.
Fairtrade Certification and Labelling requires full supply chain traceability and integrity from the producer through to the final labelled finished product. You will need to become licensed if you are involved in transforming or manufacturing Fairtrade Certified ingredients in to end consumer products, either directly or through sub-contractors.
